Match conduct, in brief
§1
Groups are measured centre-to-centre across the widest points, in inches, to three decimal places.
§2
Wind flags are the shooter’s own responsibility — range officers do not call conditions.
§3
Sighters are permitted only within the time allotted for that relay, before the record target.
§4
Rifles are subject to weight and configuration checks before and after the match.
§5
Aggregate placings are calculated across all record targets fired in a class for the match.
